Operations Manager

20 hours, £15,313 pro rata (£28,699 pa full time)

Fixed-term contract: until February 2018

We are seeking a female Operations Manager with project management experience, experience of operational and personnel management as well as a commitment to empathetic social justice. The successful candidate will be experienced in co-ordinating service delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously, line managing staff and co-ordinating monitoring and evaluation processes across an organisation.

Project Worker (Feeling Safe Project)

22 hours, £16,068 pro rata (£27,023 pa full time)

Fixed-term contract: until February 2018

We are seeking a female Project Worker with a proven track record of supporting vulnerable young women (18-24) to support our expanding Feeling Safe Project. The Feeling Safe Project helps young women to recognise sexual exploitation, identify risks and seek help when needed and the project offers 1-1 support, information and guidance, peer group workshops and social activities and an educational programme.

The successful candidate will have a background in advocacy and support, experience of facilitating groups and a sound understanding of the issues affecting young women.

Project Worker

37 hours,  (£27,023 pa)

Start date 1st March 2017

Fixed-term contract: until February 2018

We are seeking a female Project Worker with a proven track record of supporting vulnerable women to co-ordinate our STEPS and Diaspora services. Our STEPS programme aims to meet personal development needs of our service-users as they move towards self-reliance and independence through training, volunteering and mentoring programmes.   Our recently launched Diaspora Project aims to respond to the specific needs of women coming to the UK for the purpose of prostitution.

The successful candidate will bring prior experience working with vulnerable women, and superb organisational skills to co-ordinate service delivery. They will be an excellent communicator, with advocacy experience and comfortably able to supervise our day and evening sessions.
